1.Shipping and delivery charges of all products ordered through Best in Show Billiards will be based on the weight of the product, and the distance for delivery. Any additional services ordered with the products will be charged extra, depending on the service required. If you need delivery to a remote area, then packing and crating will be charged extra and any cost incurred for delivery to remote areas will also be paid by you. Customers should also note that removal and disposal of packing crates and materials will not be the responsibility of Best in Show Billiards.

2.Any cancelled orders or exchanges will be charged a cancellation or exchange fee of 15%. Please note that any cancellations, exchanges or returns should be done within 30 days from delivery, after which Best in Show Billiards will not be responsible for the return or exchange of any products, whether damaged or not. In case of return, any delivery charges incurred in delivering and returning of the product will be borne by the customer.

3.All Products purchased through Best in Show Billiards are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Best in Show Billiards will in no way be responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect to the products offered though us. Any loss or damage to the ordered product(s) will be covered according to the manufacturers warranty and return policy.

4. Use of Best in Show Billiards website – The website for Best in Show Billiards may only be used in lawful ways and any violation of applicable laws will be dealt strictly as allowed by the law. Best in Show Billiards reserves the right to prohibit or restrict access to our website from certain IPs which we feel are violating the Terms of Service of the website.
